職務内容

Our client is looking for a Product Support (L2 Support) - Associate to join their multicultural team.

The ideal candidate is a team player who will:

  • Analyze and resolve often complex client issues/questions regarding business applications and involve the appropriate resource internally until the problem is solved
  • Prevent problems and resulting incidents from happening, eliminate recurring incidents, and minimize the impact of incidents that cannot be prevented
  • Ensure the planning, coordination, management, communication, and delivery of application releases
  • Ensure the verification of developed software with respect to the intended requirements
  • Work closely with development team to design for supportability
  • Maintain user documentation and internal knowledge base
  • Work closely with relevant teams internally to ensure alignment and coordination across operations as part of the seamless implementation of existing and new systems
  • Understand and predict the needs of the business, and prioritize projects according to the business needs

The ideal candidate has:

  • Proven work experience as a Technical Support, L1 or L2 Support or similar
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Excellent personal organization and ability to prioritize and carry out multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and desire to innovate new solutions
  • Fluent in Japanese
  • Business level communication in English

Preferred Qualification

  • Understanding of scalable networking technologies (such as Load Balancers, Firewalls, content delivery networks), Web standards (such as REST APIs, Web security mechanisms) and security practices (such as encryption, certificates, key management)
  • Experience writing SQL queries
  • Understanding of software architecture fundamentals (layered, SOA, etc.)
  • Experience in scripting languages (Bash, Python, etc.) and scheduling tools
