職務内容

Our client, one of the largest Real Estate companies in Japan, is looking for an entrepreneurial Web Marketing Manager.

Your role will be to transcribe the needs of our potential tenants and direction of the different stakeholders into actionable items and precise specifications. You will help not only maintain the current website but also add functionalities, content and potentially revamp part of it.


Working with an energetic team passionate about innovation, creative problem-solving and collaboration. As the Web Marketing Manager, you will find opportunities to connect with our partners by developing and owning new online channels. You will work closely with our field marketing, agencies, and developers/designers to build user journeys that target our potential tenants. Using our reporting platforms, you will communicate performance metrics, illustrate key trends and help us to craft better localized content for each region of Japan.


Responsibilities:

  • You will own management of all sites including: production, content strategy and calendar as well as executing on tactical improvements

  • Work with the top management on the road map and drive cross-functional stakeholder conversations, decisions, program documentation and deliverables.

  • Partner with key stakeholders to optimize end-to-end operational planning and processes.

  • Actively contribute to the successful execution of complex web projects.

  • Anticipate project needs and solve for them proactively, e.g. “see around corners."

  • Actively participate in - and frequently lead - conference calls and presentations.

  • Come up with new ideas in order to improve the users experience and through rigorous use of analytics and BI

  • You will collaborate with other channel marketing efforts (e.g. SEO/SEM, social, display) to enhance the brand and drive quality traffic to sites and liaise with internal marketing automation teams for lead creation and nurture campaigns.

  • Report on performance and project manage agencies /consultants/ freelancers in order to build effective landing pages and web structures


Requirements:

  • 4 years web project management experience

  • Japanese native or JLPT1 and fluency in English

  • Copywriting skills or a strong experience in outsourcing content production

  • Proven track record in delivering complex web projects and turning business requirements into technical specifications for designers and developers

  • Very strong knowledge of UI/UX, user research, best practices, ideally in the real estate field in Japan

  • PMP certification or a strong, applied knowledge in Agile project management methodologies

  • Superior attention to detail and amazing organizational skills.

  • Masterful communication skills (both online and off).

  • Comfort working in a collaborative, open team environment (e.g. lots of impromptu brainstorming, frequent co-ownership on project deliverables).

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a discipline emphasizing communication skills, business savvy and/or engineering knowhow.


Experience with:

  • Collaborating directly with designers and developers.

  • HTML / Design tools basics and other web technologies.

  • In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Omniture)

  • Conversion optimization.

  • Experience with CMS technologies used for web publishing at scale (Typo3, Sitecore etc,…)

  • UX or user research.

  • High tech companies - startups, Internet/software companies.

  • Agile development.
